HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The package is shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery varies based on the choice made during the order, from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 6 days excluding holidays

HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER OR SHIPMENT?

In your personal area you will have the information necessary to follow the progress of the order. After the package has been processed you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can check the status of the shipment.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If the order has not yet been shipped, in your personal area you will find the “CANCEL ORDER” button that will allow you to cancel your purchase. If the order has already been shipped, contact us at vendite@whynotshop.it

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us for any changes to the items you purchased, via WhatsApp at +39 391 134 37 02 or via email at vendite@whynotshop.it . If the order has already been shipped, it is not possible to change the order.

CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be activated as soon as the ordered items are collected and delivered to the office. The procedure is usually completed in 4-5 working days.

CAN I PAY IN CASH?

Yes, just choose “Pick up in store” as the Delivery method and “cash” as the Payment method on the checkout page.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can decide to pay for your orders in different ways:
Cash payment available with In-Store Pickup;
PayPal : You can pay with your credit/debit card
Credit/Debit Card : You can pay with your credit/debit card;
Bank Transfer : You can make a bank transfer to the bank details that will be provided to you after completing your order;

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Any manufacturing defects and/or breakages that, following careful verification by our technicians, are deemed attributable to the manufacturing company, will give the right to free repair or replacement, subject to the availability of the items. Shipping of the product to the premises is at the customer 's expense . However, defects due to improper use, accidental events , alterations due to wear and tear or repairs not carried out by our laboratories or negligent maintenance are excluded from the warranty .
