Each product is accompanied by a description, images, and updated price.
Order confirmation is provided via an automated email containing a summary of the purchase.
💳 Pricing and payments
WhyNotShop operates under the flat-rate scheme:
the prices indicated on the site are VAT-exempt pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014.
• Prices are expressed in euros.
• No VAT is applied or shown on the invoice.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery, and other secure systems managed by certified partners.
• WhyNotShop does not store customer payment data.
🚚 Shipping and delivery
Shipments are handed over to the service selected at checkout within 48 hours of payment.
Delivery times vary from 24 to 96 hours in Italy and up to 7 days in Europe.
If tracked shipping is selected, the customer will receive it via email or SMS.
🔄 Product availability
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified promptly and may choose between a full refund or a replacement.

WhyNotShop is not responsible for delays or service disruptions attributable to force majeure or third parties (couriers, payment systems, etc.).

📦 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by the Consumer Code.
