When purchasing from WhyNot, standard shipping costs €3.00 and is FREE for any order with a minimum amount of €29.00 .

For small orders under the amount of €120.00 we offer free shipping via Poste Italiane . All items are shipped in a padded envelope and delivered via 1 post with tracking code. In 97% of cases delivery takes place within 2-6 working days from Monday to Friday, but in exceptional cases it may take a little longer. The shipment is tracked and therefore we can know where the order is and we will take action to resolve any problems resulting from delays in delivery.

Alternatively, you can choose to receive your order with another Poste Italiane service where the cost is automatically calculated based on weight or choose shipping with COURIER , via ordinary shipping with a charge of €8.00. Delivery normally takes place within 24/72 hours from Monday to Friday throughout the day and includes a tracking number to track your accessories (you will receive the tracking number via email). For delivery to the islands, 1-2 extra days are expected.

For large items and in any case for all orders over €120.00 we offer free shipping via COURIER .
